Age: - Candidate must be between 15 to 24 Years age relaxation as per Govt. rule.

Educational Qualifications:- Candidate must have passed Matriculation with minimum 50% marks 
and Candidate also have ITI Certificate in NCVT.

Fee: -Crossed IPO Rs. 40 for General Candidate  in favors FA & CAO, Eastern Railway, Kolkata" payable to GPO / Kolkata
No fee for SC / ST, PH, Women, Minorities and Economically Candidates are exempted
